The second edition of the cross-disciplinary arts festival Flux/S will
once again draw an international group of artists, architects,
performers, dancers, writers and musicians to Strijp-S, the former
Philips industrial site in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. During the
space of four days, they will react to the possibilities and
challenges of this new cultural heart of the city, by means of 35
installations, artistic and musical performances and interventions
spread over 20,000 square metres of exhibition area and two hectares
of outside space.

MMX QUE RESUME MIS PRIMEROS DIEZ AÑOS DE CARRERA. Este libro de 304 páginas
fue financiado a través de la ley de mecenazgo de la ciudad de Buenos Aires
y será presentado por Fabiana Barreda, Alejandrina D´Elía y Oliverio
Duhalde.
La exposición es una individual en abordo el tema del cielo en sus diversas
acepciones. Se presentan 24 obras que incluyen la fotografía en diversos
soportes opacos y traslúcidos, proyecciones, objetos y artefactos compuestos
por decenas de lentes, brújulas o termómetros.

The second international conference of amberConference will be held in
conjunction with the amber’10 Art and Technology Festival, on 6,7 November 2010
in Istanbul, Turkey. The aims and scope of this conference are to create a
platform of discussion and dissemination for the various themes and topics in
which Science, Art and Technology converge.
The theme for this year's event is 'Datacity'. For the first time in history
the World’s urban population has outnumbered its rural counterpart. Cities have
become the predominant habitat of humanity. The requirements of rapidly growing
cities, coupled with the contemporary technological possibilities bring about
new urban reality that is data. amberConference takes up the relationship

La Consejería Cultural de la Embajada de España tiene el agrado de presentar el primer seminario en Chile sobre la web 2.0 especialmente dedicado a organizaciones culturales. En él se analizarán las diversas estrategias de comunicación que permiten las nuevas tecnologías adaptadas a sus propias necesidades. Así como la web social influye cada vez más en las decisiones de compra de los consumidores y, en consecuencia, en las ventas y reputación de las marcas; a nivel cultural resulta clave que los profesionales del arte y la cultura conozcan estas herramientas para llegar al espectador e influir en las decisiones del público, en el nivel de convocatoria y en la visibilidad de las organizaciones culturales o colectivos artísticos. Con el fin de plantear una renovación de la presencia en la red, con apuestas innovadoras y excelentes resultados, la realización de este seminario pretende ofrecer una visión en conjunto sobre el uso de las herramientas 2.0; analizar las ventajas de utilizar la web social en la promoción de instituciones y actividades culturales; e impulsar nuevos enfoques a la hora de definir la estrategia de marketing online y la gestión de la reputación digital.
